The hotel checkout system is a smart checkout solution designed for luxury hotels, integrating room service systems, payment gateways, and hotel PMS to deliver a premium "one-click checkout, frictionless billing, and express departure" experience. The system supports WeChat Pay, Alipay, and credit card pre-authorization auto-charge, e-invoice push, and real-time bill notifications, allowing guests to complete the entire checkout process without queuing at the front desk.

Built on a distributed microservices architecture, the platform deeply integrates with the hotel PMS and room control systems for real-time room status synchronization and automated bill consolidation. After launch, the average checkout time was reduced from 12 minutes to 90 seconds, front-desk peak-hour queues decreased by 85%, and guest satisfaction rose to 98.6%.
